All 2025 RAV4 hybrids come with the same manufacturer warranties. The basic one covers 36 months or 36,000 miles. The powertrain warranty covers 60 months or 60,000 miles. The hybrid battery warranty covers 120 months or 150,000 miles.Which Should You Pick?
Buying the right RAV4 Hybrid comes down to figuring out which features are most important, and budget.If comfort and luxury are must-haves, pick the XLE Premium, XSE, or Limited. Those trims have SofTex® seating. Softex® is a synthetic leather that looks and feels more luxurious than fabric.
